This project has been an enriching experience that has enabled me to combine skills in e-commerce web development with an understanding of the specific needs of the sports sector.
My contributions
Eyes on Progress is a company specializing in video analysis of soccer performances, aimed at clubs, coaches and players wishing to improve their game. The need was to create an online platform enabling users to purchase match analysis packages directly from the site, with offers tailored to different levels of expertise.
A successful implementation
These 3 former soccer players were used to taking and managing orders from their Instagram page.
However, in a bid to gain legitimacy and professionalism, they wanted to develop a platform on which their customers could choose their pack, add their video as an attachment, and proceed directly to payment.
Following the launch of the platform, Eyes on Progress recorded a 20% increase in sales, thanks to a simpler, automated ordering system. Organic traffic to the site also increased by 30%, thanks to SEO optimizations. Users appreciated the simplicity of the purchasing process and the ability to track their orders and access analysis reports directly from their personal account.
