Carseil

Carseil is a car rental startup that wanted to break away from third-party platforms such as Getaround and manage its reservations and customers directly. The project consisted in developing a tailor-made car rental platform, offering Carseil greater autonomy, better management of its vehicles and a simplified user experience.

A successful implementation

I was in charge of coordinating a team of developers, designers and UX experts to create an intuitive and functional platform. My role was to define the company's needs, create precise specifications and monitor the project's progress in order to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
